A. Review & Rating Policy

  • Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience.
  • Defamatory, abusive, or false content is prohibited.
  • The Platform may moderate, edit, or remove reviews.
  • Reviews represent user opinions only and do not constitute endorsement.
  • Advocates may dispute reviews by submitting a written request.

B. Payment Policy

  • Subscription fees apply to advocates after promotional period.
  • Current annual fee: ₹999 + GST (subject to revision).
  • Payments processed through authorized gateways.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
  • GST invoices shall be issued as per applicable law.

C. Cookie Policy

The Platform uses cookies to:

  • Maintain session functionality
  • Analyze website performance
  • Improve user experience

Users may disable cookies through browser settings. Continued use implies consent to cookie usage.
