Find answers to common questions about using Advocate Assist

Registration & Onboarding

To register, visit the Advocate Registration page. You will first need to enter your Bar Council Enrollment ID (Format: STATECODE/Number/Year). If a record already exists, you can claim it; otherwise, you can register as a new member.

Clients can create an account by visiting the User Registration page. Simply provide your name, email, and password, or use the "Continue with Google" option for instant registration.

Dashboard & Analytics

Your dashboard is the command center of your professional presence. It provides real-time statistics on profile views, likes, and shares, along with quick access to common actions like posting cases or checking inquiries.

The stats cards at the top show:
  • Views: How many times users have visited your profile.
  • Likes: Appreciation received from clients.
  • Shares: How often your profile link has been shared.
  • Jobs/Apps: Your active job listings and incoming applications.

Profile Management

Go to the My Profile section. You can update your specialization, fee structure (consultation/hourly), office address, and professional description. Keeping this information accurate helps clients find you more effectively.

Messages & Groups

Use the Messages tab to chat directly with clients or colleagues. You can search for existing chats or initiate new ones from an advocate's profile or a case listing.

In the Messages section, click on the "Groups" tab. You can create a new group, give it a name and description, and invite other advocates to join for better collaboration on cases.

Blogs & Content

Navigate to My Blogs. Click "Create New Blog", add a title, category, and your content. You can save as a draft or publish immediately. Managing your blogs allows you to edit or delete existing posts.

Polls & Interaction

Active polls appear on your dashboard or in the Polls section. Select your preferred option and click vote. You can view overall community results once a poll is completed.

Premium & Payments

Go to Go Premium, review the plan benefits, accept the terms, and click the upgrade button. We support various payment methods including UPI, Cards, and Netbanking via secure gateways.

Navigate to Payment History. For every successful transaction, you will see a 'Download Invoice' button. This generates a GST-compliant PDF invoice for your records.

Help & Support

Inquiries are direct leads from users interested in your services. Reviews are public feedback from clients you've assisted. Responding to both helps build professional trust.
